Software Development Manager
You will learn about what the Software Development Manager is - and what they are not. They are not the same as Scrum-Masters, Project Managers, or Application Managers and I will show you why.
I will show you how to position the Software Development Manager in the organization say they can resolve conflicts and maintain relationships and integrations between project managers, product owners, scrum-masters.
You will also be taught how to be the owner of the "definition of done" and how to manage technical debt. To avoid or manage problems you will learn how to conduct a Root Cause Analysis and Continual Improvement.
Software Engineering Team
I will teach you to coach, mentor, train, recruit, and retain Software Engineers- be the champion of a high performance teams.
Collaboration with other teams
In this section you will learn about collaboration with Operational Teams such as IT Operations, Release Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management. We will also talk about ITIL and ITSM.
